The St George Grand Union project in Alperton is transforming 22 acres of former industrial land into a canalside neighbourhood with around 3,350 homes, green spaces, and community facilities. The development includes a community hub, shops, workspaces, and a central piazza by the canal.

Our building cafe supports the construction team and early visitors by offering a menu of hot meals, light snacks, and hot and cold drinks throughout the day. It’s become a key rest stop on site - fuelling busy schedules, encouraging social interaction, and supporting morale as the Grand Union community takes shape.
