The Telford Homes Alperton Bus Garage project is transforming the former bus depot next to Alperton Underground station into a mixed-use development of 461 homes, alongside retail units, light-industrial maker spaces, a cafe, and improved public spaces - part of a wider regeneration in Brent. 

To support the on-site team, our building cafe offers hot meals, light snacks, and a variety of hot and cold drinks throughout the day. It provides a comfortable and sociable space where workers can take breaks, recharge, and connect - helping to sustain morale and productivity during the build.
