The Southall Green Quarter construction site is a major regeneration of the former Southall Gas Works, transforming 88 acres into a vibrant canalside community. The development includes thousands of new homes, parkland, wetlands, fitness trails, and over a kilometre of canal frontage, with a strong focus on sustainability and biodiversity.

On-site, our Building Cafe serves the construction workforce, offering a range of hot meals, light snacks, and drinks to fuel busy days on site. We have also hosted an outdoor barbeque in a relaxing outdoor space, creating a sociable atmosphere for workers and visitors to enjoy freshly cooked food in the open air - perfect for team gatherings or a mid-shift break.
