The Redrow Colindale Gardens construction site is a major regeneration project on the former Metropolitan Police training centre, delivering nearly 4,000 homes alongside parks, green spaces, and community facilities. The development includes landscaped gardens, a gym, concierge service, and spaces for shops and cafés to support a growing neighbourhood.

On site, our Building Cafe supports the construction team with a full-day menu of hot meals, light snacks, and a range of hot and cold drinks. It has become a valued gathering spot on-site, where workers pause during long shifts for a proper meal or quick refreshment, helping to boost morale and maintain energy across the build site.
