The Sisk S&T Bermondsey project is transforming the former Peek Frean biscuit factory site into two high-rise towers with 472 market-rent apartments, as part of a wider masterplan delivering over 1,600 homes along with retail, office, and leisure spaces. The development combines modern design with preserved industrial features and aims for high sustainability standards, including BREEAM Excellent.

On site, our Building Cafe caters to staff and visitors, offering hot meals, light snacks, and a variety of drinks to fuel long construction days. We also hosted an outdoor barbeque in the plaza, creating a sociable space where the team could relax and enjoy freshly grilled food between shifts.
