The St George Beaufort Park project in Colindale is a flagship 25‑acre redevelopment on the former RAF Hendon aerodrome. Since topping out its final phase in March 2024, it now includes over 3,300 homes (both private and affordable), along with more than 90,000 sq ft of commercial space.
